Emhance Code of Conduct
At Emhance International Responder Development, we are committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and productive environment for all participants, instructors, and staff. Our Code of Conduct sets forth the expected behavior during training programs, courses, and interactions. By participating in our training programs, you agree to adhere to this code.

1. Respect and Professionalism

• Mutual Respect: Treat all individuals with dignity and respect, regardless of their background, gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, or personal beliefs. We value diversity and inclusivity and expect every participant to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

• Professional Conduct: All interactions, both in-person and online, during, and after the course should be conducted professionally. Maintain a positive and courteous attitude toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants at all times.

• Personal Responsibility: Take responsibility for your actions, behavior, and communication, both during training sessions and in all related activities

• Leadership & Followership: Know when to lead, and know when to follow. Take these lessons in to consideration.

2. Commitment to Safety and Wellbeing

• Physical Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, especially when engaging in practical or physical activities. Ensure that you are fit for the training and inform instructors of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

• Mental and Emotional Health: Be mindful of your mental and emotional wellbeing and that of others. Support a healthy, stress-free learning environment by maintaining a balanced and focused approach to training.

• Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. We expect all participants to contribute to an environment free of intimidation, fear, and harm.

3. Integrity and Honesty

• Truthfulness: Provide accurate and honest information in all aspects of the training process, including registration, assessments, and interactions with staff and peers.

• Academic Integrity: Do not engage in dishonest behavior, including cheating, plagiarism, or misrepresentation. Respect the intellectual property and confidentiality agreements set forth by Emhance and its partners.

• Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all proprietary materials, training content, and discussions. Do not share confidential information from the training sessions with unauthorized individuals.

4. Accountability and Responsibility

• Adherence to Policies: Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines set by Emhance International Responder Development. This includes our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Code of Honor, and any other applicable documentation.

• Active Participation: Engage fully in all training activities, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and contribute positively to group discussions and exercises.

• Timeliness and Punctuality: Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions, events, or activities. Notify Emhance in advance if you are unable to attend or need to reschedule.

5. Respect for Environment and Property

• Care for Equipment and Facilities: Treat all training materials, tools, equipment, and facilities with care. Any damage or misuse of property will be subject to review and may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.

• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace during practical activities and group work. Be respectful of shared spaces and contribute to keeping them tidy.

6. Social Media and Online Behavior

• Responsible Sharing: If you choose to share about your experience with Emhance on social media or other platforms, ensure that your posts are respectful and considerate of others. Do not post any content that could harm the reputation, privacy or the integrity of other participants.

• Respecting Online Etiquette: When participating in online training or discussions, maintain respect for others’ opinions and contributions. Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior, and engage in a constructive, courteous manner.

7. Consequences for Non-Compliance
Participants who fail to comply with this Code of Conduct may face consequences, which may include:

• Verbal or written warnings

• Removal from specific sessions or activities

• Suspension or expulsion from the program, depending on the severity of the violation

• Financial liability for damages to property or materials

• Legal action if warranted by the circumstances

 
8. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By signing, using our services, or attending courses by Emhance, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the expectations and guidelines set forth above. I understand that failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or termination from the program inline with the Emhance Terms of Service.
